OUR RECONCILIATION ACTION PLAN

Our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) 2025–2027 is a significant milestone in our ongoing commitment to reconciliation.

It outlines meaningful actions we’ll take over the next two years to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, grow cultural knowledge across our teams and make sure reconciliation is part of how we work — every day.

It reflects the kind of organisation we’re building: inclusive, culturally strong and accountable to the communities we serve.

What is a RAP?

Our Reconciliation Action Plan is a set of real, practical actions we’re taking to build stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. It’s about relationships, respect, opportunity and cultural understanding – and turning our commitment into everyday practice. CR’s first RAP – an Innovate RAP – has been formally endorsed by Reconciliation Australia.
