As an organisation we exist to help create a fairer world that values people and planet. This won’t change as we respond to COVID-19. We will work to be safe, kind and fair.

Our focus is to:

·      Review and understand new information as it comes out

·      Protect the health and safety of our people, stakeholders and communities

·      Adapt so that we can continue to deliver our valued services wherever possible. Where this is not possible, we will prioritise delivery of essential services and activities that sustain our organisation and the outcomes we create.

We are changing the way we work and deliver our services and this includes additional cleaning and hygiene measures.

Our workforce includes people who joined us when experiencing barriers to employment. The majority of our revenue goes to wages. We will advocate for our people to help ensure they are in the best possible position through this time.

We will also advocate for our communities to help ensure all are cared for through this time, and that we learn from this and create a better world.

COVID-19 is not the fault of any individual or community. We choose to be an organisation committed to getting through this together and with kindness.
